Cost Controller

Description

In this role you will act as a controller interacting with other controllers as well with business counterparts for the sector Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.

You will coordinate & execute periodical planning and performance management cycles.

You will drive adoption of insight based, high quality decision making throughout ASML.

Partnering with the business and drive optimal Cost of Goods decision making.

Driving optimization and improvement of processes and policies, standardization of worldwide reporting and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.

Management reporting & analysis.

Driving the Sourcing community in cost down initiatives by participating in business improvement projects and validating business cases.

Education and experience

BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with CPA and/or MBA, preferred.

You have > 6 years relevant experience in Finance roles, including at least 5 years in Finance Business Partnering as part of a Management Team, in large-size international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.

Experience with working in a matrix organization.

Ability and experience of effectively communicating and influencing across all levels of a large global organization.

Context of the position

The job is part of the ASML finance organization, within the Business Insights & Control team. Within this department, we are looking for a controller for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. He or she reports to the team lead of the team and will interact with various departments in and outside of finance.
