Vacatureomschrijving

Onze Sales Associates zijn er verantwoordelijk voor dat onze klanten onze winkels en schoenen evenveel waarderen als wijzelf. Zij dragen bij aan een onvergelijkelijke klantervaring en prijzen het Skechers merk voortdurend aan.

VERKOPEN
Groet en ontmoet onze klanten en leert ze kennen, voor zover dat nodig is, en zorgt ervoor dat elk bezoek prettig voor hen verloopt, of ze nu 2 minuten of 2 uur in de winkel zijn. Prijst onze geweldige producten, eigenschappen en voordelen aan en beveelt schoenen en accessoires aan die voldoen aan de wensen en behoeften van de klant, of deze overtreffen.

PRODUCT
Behandelt onze schoenen en accessoires met liefde, zorgt er altijd voor dat de winkel goed gevuld is, dat de prijzen correct zijn en dat de presentatie voldoet aan de eisen van het bedrijf en aantrekkelijk is, met inbegrip van correcte etiketten. Eist van zichzelf dat de winkel altijd schoon en mooi is. Verwerkt verzendingen snel en binnen eventuele deadlines zodat onze klanten op tijd over hun perfecte schoenen kunnen beschikken. Treedt op als een ambassadeur voor het merk Skechers door elke dag zijn/haar uitgebreide kennis van het product aan de klanten ter beschikking te stellen.

MENSEN
Is een enthousiast teamlid en behandelt medewerkers met respect, moedigt ze aan en draagt bij aan de teamgeest. Deelt zijn positieve houding en enthousiasme elke dag met de klanten.

PROCEDURES
Pakt gepaste schoenen op, vult de rekken bij, slaat het product op, maakt de winkel schoon en is altijd bezig om te garanderen dat de uitgestalde winkelwaren en de winkel zelf er pico bello uitzien. Volgt het beleid, de procedures en de aanwijzingen voor goede praktijken van het bedrijf strikt op, om zo te garanderen dat de winkel goed functioneert en stabiel en rendabel is. Tijdens kassadienst gaat hij/zij altijd nauwkeurig en integer te werk bij alle klanthandelingen.

Detailhandel spreekt je aan 

Net als de gastvrouw/-heer van een groot feest, vind je het leuk elke dag klanten te verwelkomen en je uiterste best te doen om hun tevredenheid te garanderen.  Je vind het vreselijk saai om te staan wachten en je gebruikt je energie om je taken altijd voor tijd af te krijgen en ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel en de schappen vol zijn, gereed voor de klanten en op hun paasbest  Bij het werken met je team en de klanten straal je veel positieve energie en vrolijkheid uit, maar zonder het doel uit oog te verliezen, en je zorgt er altijd voor dat je nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar werk aflevert.  Je hebt veel geleerd van je eerdere ervaring in de detailhandel / klantenservice, maar je hebt altijd bij willen leren en je bent blij met de positieve feedback en begeleiding van je superieuren.
