Nouvall Engineering Services is gespecialiseerd inprojectondersteuning voor de (petro)chemische en maritiemeindustrie. Wij leveren hierin expertise op het gebied vanEngineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns,Construction en Safety.

Functieomschrijving

De Facility Coördinator Site services(1st line intervention) ondersteunt de Facility Manager en deBuilding Manager in de organisatie en coördinatie van services opde site mbt beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen. De nadruk van de jobzal liggen op een goede mix van het eigenhandig oplossen van(eenvoudige) storingen in de gebouwen enerzijds en anderzijdstevens het operationeel coördineren en aansturen vangecontracteerde bedrijven (leveranciers). Overeengekomen SLA's enKPI's/CPI's zijn hierbij leidend.

Taken
• Hetzelfstandig oplossen van kleine eenvoudige storingen ingebouwen;
• Het operationeelaansturen, coördineren en controleren van gecontracteerdeleveranciers in de dagelijkse uitvoering van opdrachten. De nadrukzal met name liggen op de praktische begeleiding van dewerkzaamheden op locatie;
•Aanspreekpunt voor klanten en stakeholders in de diversegebouwen;
• Het onderhouden,bijsturen, corrigeren en actueel houden van het FMIS systeemTRIRIGA voor wat
betreftstoringsmeldingen;
• Eersteaanspreekpunt voor leveranciers tijdens de praktische uitvoeringvan werkzaamheden op locatie;
•Zorg dragen voor - en toezien op - de (arbo)aspecten veiligheid,gezondheid en welzijn en het volgen vanveiligheidstrainingen;
• Actiefdeelnemen aan veiligheidsobservaties eninspecties;
• Rapporteren aande Facility Manager inzake de voortgang en bijzonderheden van dewerkzaamheden van leveranciers;

Functie-eisen

• Opleiding MBO-4techniek:
• VCA-Vol certificaatof bereid dit te behalen;
•Ervaring in beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen;
• Ervaring in de industriëledienstverlening;
• Ervaring inhet aansturen en managen van aannemers enleveranciers;
• Woonachtig inde regio op maximaal 1 uur van de standplaatsTerneuzen;
• Sterke karaktereigenschappen mbt het tonen van “eigenaarschap” (belangrijkecompetentie);
• Flexibeleinstelling en goede sociale vaardigheden mbt het dagelijksfunctioneren in een hecht team;
