What impact will you make?
Als Business Analyst M&A Transaction Services werk je samen met de consultants en managers aan projecten. Je verricht diepgaande analyses van de historische resultaten en balanspositie, maar ook van de toekomstverwachtingen (projecties) van het bedrijf. De onderzoekswerkzaamheden richten zich op alle gebieden waarop het Transaction Services team opereert. Zo zal je met name verantwoordelijk zijn voor financiële analyses en modellen, maar zal je ook assisteren bij offertes en klantenpresentaties.

Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 90 andere collega's in het Financial Due Diligence-team, ook wel Transaction Services genoemd, dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Financial Advisory. Ons team assisteert de klant bij een fusie of overname van een financial due diligence, waarbij diepgaande analyses gedaan worden van de historische financiële prestaties en positie van het bedrijf maar ook van de toekomstverwachtingen (projecties).
Binnen deze afdeling vinden we het belangrijk om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen. Daarom hechten we veel waarde aan innovatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
