What You Will Accomplish Here…

The Document Specialist I is responsible for reviewing Engineering test files for regulatory compliance, compiling certification documents, proofreading, and conducting related research.

This position will effectively support the QA team by focusing on the following:

Maintains an understanding of the certification compilation and research process, including methods for obtaining required information Review’s engineering documentation and verifies required notations Obtains and reviews engineering documentation via relevant systems Maintains a knowledge of specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction Troubleshoots various issues by utilizing manufacturer documentation and researching previous submissions, as necessary Utilizes a file tracking system (Protrack) and other systems to process QA issue reports Uses the report template to generate a draft certification Finalizes certifications by making changes, merging, printing, stapling and sorting Provides status updates on assignments for the weekly departmental reports

Education, Experience and Skills:

Preferable MBO +/HBO thinking level Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of the English language, verbal and written Structured way of working Pro-active attitude Stress resistance and able to work with deadlines Being a team player with good communication skills Good proficiency in Microsoft Word
