Sokszínű csapatunkat tovább bővítenénk, és keressük új, hatodik társunkat. Specialistaként magad szervezheted a területed, feladataid jelentős részének elvégzését és ezek ütemezését. Ugyanakkor az önállóság mellett mindig számíthatsz kollégáidra, akikkel a szoros, napi együttműködés elengedhetetlen, hisz ti alkotjátok a helyi P&C motorját azáltal, hogy információt szolgáltattok a vezetők felé, tájékoztatjátok a dolgozókat felmerülő kérdéseik kapcsán.

Amiben számítunk Rád:

Az új kollégák beléptetési folyamatában való részvétel az ajánlat elfogadásától a munkába lépés napjáig; Foglalkozás-egészségügyi vizsgálatok szervezésében történő segítségnyújtás; Munkaerőkölcsönző cégekkel való együttműködés az új kollégák beléptetésével kapcsolatosan; Diákprogram és a diákok foglalkoztatásának támogatása; Angol nyelvi tanulmányi megállapodások adminisztrációja, szoros együttműködés a Learning & Development területért felelős kollégákkal; Rendszerek (Nexon és MindKey) naprakészen tartása; Részvétel a bérszámfejtést előkészítő folyamatokban; Globális és lokális P&C projektek támogatása; A napi operatív feladatok ellátása mellett a dolgozók tájékoztatása, segítése a heti fogadóórákon; Havi riportok készítése.

Téged keresünk, ha:

2-3 év releváns tapasztalattal rendelkezel munkaerőforrás adminisztráció területén; Legalább középfokon beszélsz angolul; A Microsoft Office programokat kifejezetten jól ismered; Ideális esetben Nexon, vagy más HR kiszolgáló rendszerben való jártassággal rendelkezel.

Munkaidőd a következőképpen alakul:

Kötetlen munkarend napi 8 órában, munkáltató által meghatározott törzsidőben; Hibrid munkavégzés, home-office lehetőséggel.
