Your role as Lead Teachnical Consultant NDR & Networking

We are excited to offer a unique role that sits at the nexus of our cutting-edge network services, including our in-house developed Network Detection & Response (NDR) & Networking solutions, our valued customers, and our dedicated team of consultants. In this pivotal position, you will not only ensure that our services deliver maximum benefit to our customers but also play a key role in excelling global internal collaboration within the team.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond customer engagement. As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will have HR responsibilities for our global team of consultants. This will involve collecting and providing feedback, conducting reviews, and engaging in bilateral’s, among other duties. Your leadership will ensure the development and wellbeing of our team, driving innovation and aligning with our overarching mission.

Additionally, your role will encompass overseeing the technical aspects of our network services and implementations, working closely with other departments such as Project Management, Technical Operations, Service Delivery Management, and the SOC to deliver a cohesive and high-quality service to our customers.

Our team of technical consultants is a vital part of our Operations department within our Managed Services business unit. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of cyber security products and services, including but not limited to network, log and endpoint monitoring, threat intelligence and incident response. Our 24/7 SOC in Delft, UK and APAC along with our global Incident Response team empower the security of our customers, thanks to the expertise and dedication of our consultants.

We are seeking a candidate who embodies both technical expertise and the ability to connect on a human level. Your technical proficiency should be matched by your communication skills, allowing you to effectively lead your team to provide value to customers.

Key qualifications include:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; Extensive experience in cyber security, with a focus on IT/OT networking and security; A proven ability to combine technical skills with strong communicative abilities; Previous experience in a consultancy role is preferred; Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English; Willingness to undergo in-depth screenings/background checks due to the nature of our work and clients; Pre's are solid Linux and/or OT expertise.
