What You WillDo


  • Serve as a key member of ourproject teams, reporting to the EngineeringCoordinator.
  • Review and discuss ProjectDevelopment information, ensuring clear work demarcation during thepre-building process.
  • Monitor the quality ofengineering work, ensuring correct interfacing and integration withother disciplines.
  • Deliver timely plan drawingsand technical specifications that comply with all applicablestandards, design codes, rules, andregulations.
  • Review and approve engineeringdocumentation, ensuring completeness of scope, and initiatecorrective measures for complex technical problems asneeded.
  • Organize work effectively to achieveproject goals on time, fostering synergies with our partners basedon mutual respect.

What We Expect FromYou

  • Higher VocationalEducation or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevantwork experience in ElectricalEngineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience,preferably in the maritime or yacht-buildingindustry.
  • Strong analytical skills with apersuasive and results-orientedapproach.
  • Proactive and problem-solvingmindset.
  • Passionate team player eager to learnand grow.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros.
  • Good command ofwritten and spoken English
