BeschrijvingResponsibilities: Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility

As a Financial Administrator, you will be working alongside the financial controller and financial director. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Receiving and processing incoming purchase invoices;
  • Processing of the bank statements and assist in the preparation of payment proposals;
  • To be the point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding questions about invoices;
  • Sending, monitoring and administrative processing of sales invoices process;
  • Making proposals to improve the methods and procedures used with the aim of optimizing the service;
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices;
  • Supervise the financial administrative activities of the interns;
  • Assist in the month-end closing procedures;
  • Expense processing.

 

RequirementsRequirements: Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility

In order to succeed in this position, we ask that you bring:

  • University Degree (HBO+), preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
  • 2+ years of relevant experience;
  • Strong skillset in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
  • Proficiency working with various financial software and ERP systems;
  • Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.

 

 

SalarisThe Offer: Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility

This role will have a monthly salary in the range of €3000 - €3500 gross per month, depending on knowledge level and experience. Additional benefits will be discussed in further detail throughout the interview process. This is a full time - 40 hour position, and you must be currently based in the Netherlands without visa requirements.

During this interview, we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the rest of the procedure.
