Are you customer obsessed, flexible, smart, and analytical, execution focused and passionate about customer experience?

Brenntag is embarking on a multi-year digital transformation journey which involves multiple Salesforce clouds/products, app exchange products and other backend systems. We are transforming, CRM, B2B commerce, SRM, Marketing and many other business flows at a global scale. This is an opportunity to be part of the foundation team within Commercial platform data and integration team. 

The IT Lead data Integration developer is responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the ETL of commercial platform programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of the organization. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications, such as ERP, CRM, GBW, AWS. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application ETL blueprint for the organization. 

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent Informatics power center DBAMPs, Oracle (SQL, plsql), Linux  Worked in fast changing dimension tables.  Extensively worked on Data warehousing , Design, Development, Implementation and Testing of ETL mappings.  Worked on the development projects on Salesforce migration Well experienced in extraction, transformation and loading of data from heterogeneous sources system like flat file, xml, Oracle to CRM applications.  Have clear understanding of Data Warehousing concepts with emphasis on ETL and Life Cycle Development including development, testing, staging and implementation.  Experience in Data Warehouse development working with Extraction Transformation  Responsible for interacting with business partners to identify information needs and business requirements for reports. 

YOUR PROFILE

10+ years of relevant work experience as an ETL developer  Knowledge of ETL best practice and tools for data quality Salesforce Data model knowledge is a must  5+ Experience working on SAP and other ERP 5+ Experience working on Salesforce or other CRM 5+Experience working on AWS as data lake Experience in a management or supervisory role on an integration development team  Excellent communication skills  An interest in staying hands-on technical as well as wearing that team management hat
