Wat ga je doen?

Als sales support manager draag jij bij aan het internationale succes van Looplabb en ondersteun en ontlast jij ons sales team. Jij bent dé schakel tussen de zakelijke klant, sales en logistiek. Jouw takenpakket omvat de volgende werkzaamheden:


  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van onze zakelijke relaties;
  • Het verwerken van zakelijke orders;
  • Het begeleiden van het gehele ordertraject;
  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met zakelijke klanten;
  • Het zorgen voor een gestroomlijnde interne communicatie;
  • Het coachen, stimuleren en ondersteunen van het team waar nodig;
  • Het bijspringen als er adhoc werkzaamheden zijn, zoals mailingen, catalogussen en samples versturen of het voorbereiden van beurzen.


Bij Looplabb zijn wij opzoek naar een sales support manager die graag werkt in een klein team. Daarnaast zoeken wij iemand die:


  • Een afgeronde mbo+ (CE-richting) heeft of vergelijkbare opgedane praktijkervaring;
  • Relevante commerciële ervaring heeft en communicatief sterk is;
  • Doelgericht en zelfstandig werkt, initiatief durft te nemen en prioriteiten weet te stellen;
  • Stressbestendig, klantgericht & flexibel is;
  • Een hands-on houding heeft;
  • Zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift goed beheerst, verbaal kun jij je goed verstaanbaar maken in het Duits;
  • Een team weet te coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen.
  • Een echte ‘people’ manager is;
  • Kennis heeft van Exact Online (pre).
