Role:

Supporting partner-focused marketing activities and relieving the head of marketing by planning, coordinating, and executing various channel marketing initiatives.
Additionally, support field marketing activities to end customers directly through a.o. digital campaigns and events. Thus, ensuring a more holistic and integrated marketing approach.

Responsibilities:

Channel

  • Channel Strategy Development: Collaborating with sales, channel, and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive channel marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals to drive channel growth and success.

  • Channel Partner Management: strengthening relationships with focus partners, distributors, MS(S)Ps, and alliances.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and executing channel marketing campaigns, e.g. digital marketing, promotions, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.

  • Organize and manage local channel marketing events and workshops in collaboration with partners.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of channel marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.

Direct

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans.

  • Support the execution of local field marketing campaigns and events.

  • Develop and execute simple digital marketing campaigns aimed at reaching end customers.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of local field marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in partner marketing or field marketing.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Creativity is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

You are:

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and strong in English (spoken and written)

  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-changing environment.

  • A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
