De organisatie
Antwoordservice Nederland (70 medewerkers) is een landelijke opererende organisatie die klanten ontzorgt op het gebied van telefonische bereikbaarheid. Dit is onder andere het beheer van een noodnummer voor liftopsluitingen en bijvoorbeeld ook het verzorgen van de bereikbaarheid van onze klanten buiten kantoortijden. Antwoordservice Nederland zorgt in alle gevallen voor een snelle en effectieve afhandeling van het telefoonverkeer voor haar klanten. In verband met verdere professionalisering en groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Account Support Manager voor 32 tot 40 uur per week op ons moderne kantoorpand in Rijswijk.
Wat ga je doen
Als Account Support Manager ben je binnen het team mede verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en commerciële ondersteuning op de afdeling. Je adviseert en beheert de relatie met de aan jou toegewezen klanten en bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor deze relaties en hun projecten. De functie heeft overwegend een binnendienst-karakter, maar af en toe bezoek je ook klanten of evenementen.
Je werkzaamheden zullen voornamelijk bestaan uit het verwerken en opvolgen van binnenkomende leads, het informeren van onze klanten over de voortgang, het ondersteunen van de buitendienst, het inventariseren van de klantbehoefte en het beheren en onderhouden van deze klantrelaties.
Verder zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van het commerciële team van het callcenter en rapporteert direct aan de Manager van Antwoordservice Nederland b.v.
Wat maakt werken bij ASN extra leuk en uitdagend?
Je hebt heel veel verschillende contacten met uiteenlopende klanten en een grote diversiteit van behoeften en wensen. De functie is niet 'in beton gegoten', je hebt de nodige vrijheid om haar zelf vorm te geven, bijvoorbeeld door mee te denken in werkprocessen en de afstemming van ASN diensten op nieuwe klantbehoeften. Je werkt samen in een hecht en enthousiast team van (op dit moment) 5 collega's.
