What you will enjoy doing- You will be responsible for external reporting such as the local Statutory audit and prepare the annual accounts, all governmental submissions such as Value added Tax and De Nederlandse Bank and calculation of taxes
- Further you will manage month-end closing tasks to report results and liaise with the relevant external service partners for an efficient process and ensuring Enterprise Resources planning financial data and processes are reflecting the business correctly in an optimized way
- Provide financial information, deliver operational support and ad hoc analysis and advice necessary for effective management of the business
- Support implementation of the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting such as Environmental Social and Corporate Governance
- Also, you will coordinate submission of Corporate Income Tax, together with our tax advisor and organize the financial management of the various Benelux entities, holding companies and act as deputy for the Manager Finance & Accounting when necessary
- You have a Bachelor / Master’s degree in Finance (HBO/University) and more than five (5+) years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English as well as being a strong communicator, decisive and concise
- Moreover you have experience with reporting rules local and US GAAP and excellent knowledge of tax legislation (Corporate Income Tax as well as VAT)
- You have strong SAP or other ERP knowledge and IT literate, experience with complex data sets, Excel modelling, BW/Hyperion reporting and the ability to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
- Effective at influencing up, down and across organization towards both the business and within the finance community
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
