We do this by designing and implementing machine learning solutions. Our portfolio includes partnerships with renowned names like Crisp, SnappCar, Tier Mobility, Independer, Wunderflats (check our cases page for examples of our work).
With our headquarters in the Netherlands and a second hub in Berlin, we're expanding our reach in the scale-up ecosystem. From these locations, our ML engineers engineer solutions for various scale-up customers. In 2024, we’ll be investing in expanding our team to attract more scale-ups and talent to our thriving company.
What? [You'll be doing]
As our AI strategy lead, you'll be one of our (commercial) driving forces of our Utrecht hub. Your responsibility goes from customer acquisition and growing a network among c-level startup/scaleup to shaping projects. This means you will be impacting and creating AI strategies for well-known scale-ups. You do so using our ML Audit ( ) approach that we used at >75 scale-ups in the first 5 years of Enjins. Mean while, together with our Utrecht based Leads you grow our team.
In this role, there is plenty of room for your ideas. Our footprint is growing fast and we'll support your growth ambitions as much as possible. We're flexible, and as long as you're proactive and take responsibility for your own work, we'll be a great match
Some of the responsibilities [but not limited to;]
Using your (consulting) background to create AI strategies for tech scale-ups Growing a network in the tech scene and acquiring new customers Connecting with venture capital players for our due diligence value proposition Growing our Utrecht based team of ML engineersWithin 1 month you'll:
Finish the Enjins onboarding program, in which you will understand how Enjins work. Be onboarded in our sales way of workingWithin 3 months you'll:
Start your first audit at a customer Doing sales & network talks together with our CCO Lead the ML team to new heights and bring your experience to make them business aware.Within 6 months you'll:
You'll identify new propositions / tools / methods / processes that work best. Have hired additional ML Engineers to join the growing Enjins’ ML team. Created new AI strategies for tech scale-ups in our focus industries.Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:️
You have multiple years experience in a strategy consulting or likewise background, preferably in a data/tech space or with technical projects. You are not afraid to connect with our clients on board level (CTO, CEO, CIO, etc) to achieve maximum results. You have the ambition to grow your sales and business development skills. You bring a network a long in the Dutch tech space. You are not afraid to talk about topics like machine learning, cloud infrastructure and data engineering. You are fluent Dutch and English, and are eligible to work in Utrecht. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to take responsibility.Preferred Qualifications: ️
You have experience with machine learning and know how to create ML models and bring them to production. You consider yourself ambitious, responsible, pragmatic.Benefits
