Description

As a Project manager in CSI you will be a key player in driving strategic projects in D&E, to improve the quality of our machines and the quality of our development processes. Your role is to lead a cross-sector, multidisciplinary team towards structural improvements. You and your team take responsibility in defining and implementing the needed improvements across sectors and across business lines and ensure that solutions are truly embedded and steered upon. On top of your technical capabilities, your success will strongly depend on your interpersonal skills and your ability to communicate across disciplines and management levels.

As CSI Project manager you are responsible to:

Create a clear business case and problem statement in alignment with your sponsor and relevant business stakeholders Set up, motivate and manage a (cross-sector) project team and governance, consisting of specialists and business representatives. Apply required project management, change management, Agile and or Lean methodologies to secure creating structural business impact at agreed timelines, cost and quality. Identify risks on the Hexagon and ensure preventive actions are implemented. Keep track of and report progress transparently with timely help requests. Interface with other projects and initiatives to guard the interfaces and dependencies. Communicate and manage stakeholders by presenting details in a comprehensive way. Manage the financial and resources processes of the project. Contribute to and share knowledge on project management, change management, Agile and Lean Six Sigma competences.

Education

Bachelor / Master’s degree

Experience

Good track record with > 10 years of experience in project management with focus on process improvements  Knowledge and experience of ASML (processes and organization) or a similar environment Experience with ASML PMM (project management methodology) Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies Knowledge of Agile/SAFe

Context of the position

Our CSI mission: To improve business performance by connecting people, data, processes and technology.
Our approach: 

We lead cross-sector projects with impact on availability, cycle time, costs and customer satisfaction by preventing and correcting known product and process failures, cross-platform and cross-part.

We ensure an embedded structural improvement environment, fact based on data and information from supply chain, manufacturing and field towards multiple D&E users and other relevant sectors.

The holder of this position reports to the CSI Project Management group manager within D&E QC&I cluster, and applicable CSI program manager.

Other information

This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access U.S. controlled technology.
