**Business Process & Change Owner**
As Business Process and Change Owner you will be part of the Transformation Group EU reporting to the Area Contract Origination. The Transformation Group EU is responsible for the transformation related to process, product and systems in the region Europe and will work closely with the markets to achieve goals:

- Deliver new strategic capabilities aligned with strategic priorities
- Improve and standardize processes, products, data and technology
- Ensure Business Continuity
- Lifecycle Management, Information Security, regulatory compliance

Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall performance.
- Lead and/or support the definition of new EPICS processes, and/ or system functionalities as well as improvements to the current businesses, including cross-region standardization opportunities
- Able to understand business and user needs and translate these into a Lean Business Case including utilization of the Lean Business Case and the link between the organizational goals and strategy.
- Contributing to the Area Triangle.
- Certified PO/PM SAFe, and (preferably) Lean (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
- Excellent in communication, backlog management and presentation skills (prio setting, follow up, etc)
- Able to challenge/persuade in an effective manner and collaborate with diverse international stakeholder.
- Responsible for Change Management including support in increasing adoption and support regional
- and local governance.
- Act as an Epic Owner in complex initiatives that are across multiple process area's

**Day to day**:

- Provide input, decide and align with involved stakeholders regarding world class IT products that will drive operational excellence.
- Use creative & innovative thinking to identify and translate needs and ideas into practical and quick-to-implement products and services.
- Create EPICS supporting new initiatives and set priorities to support product building.
- Support/facilitate the performance dialogues with the markets.
- Support the intake process by identifying and understanding the market problem statement(s)
- Co-create, with architecture, the new business/technical process through enablers.
- Identify business impact on new/redesigns of business processes.
- Align with squads within the Transformation group or outside the Transformation group to identify and/or remove road blockers for implementation.
- Responsible for the alignment on process design (between Process owners and markets)
- Support markets & process owners in standardization of processes, in line with Lean principles.
- Act as a link between markets and EU Transformation group
- Actively reach out to market(s) for (sub) process reviews and business change (local transformation plan) execution/coordination
- Coordination of process review with the markets and squads (where applicable as Epic Owner)

**Essentials**:

- Preferably Master’s degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international environment, with a focus on Change Management and Process Improvements.
- Customer-centric, process-oriented, data-driven, and agile mindset.
- Proven track record in delivering results that matter to our customers and business.
- You are experienced being a Change Agent, communicating with diverse set of international stakeholders (business, sales, users, operations, etc).
- Certified PO/PM SAFe;
- (Lean) Process Management mindset (preferably Black/Green Belt certified)
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar
- Excellent communication skills in English
