As a Business Analyst at DLL you create, design and implement IT solutions working in a self-organizing and self-managing Agile Product Team. Business Analysts are T-Shaped members that provide an Agile team with their knowledge and deep functional and / or technical expertise of 1 or multiple IT Solutions.

The Business Analyst collaborates with the Product Owners to create and refine User Stories. Additionally, a Business Analyst can create UX or solution designs, partners with external and internal service providers, organize test activities and perform solution configuration.

Business Analysts play a crucial part in continuously improving the performance and delivery of the Agile Team.

**Day to day**: Summary of main responsibilities**:

- Create, design and implement IT solutions
- Support Product Owner in creating and refining User Stories
- Create UX and / or solution designs
- Requirements gathering with Stakeholders
- Perform solution configuration
- Partner with external and internal service providers
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery

**Essentials**:

- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Lean mindset, driving relentless improvement
- Self-starter and organizer, able to organize own time capacity in relation to
- the Agile team backlog and other team members
- An absolute Team Player, can establish working relationships within own
- and other self-organizing Agile teams
- Reflects and actively seeks feedback on own performance to set Personal Development objectives
- Have an inquisitive mindset to discover new solutions and provide advice on the potential to the Product Owner

**Extras**:
**Required experience & Certification**:

- Strong understanding of **Agile** methodologies and practices
- Experience in **CDD/AML/KYC** processes
- Knowledge of **Credit Risk** assessment2+ Years of **experience as a Business Analyst**, preferably in financial services or related industry
- Experience in using **Azure DevOps**:

- PEGA product, API and.net knowledge
