Job Introduction

We are looking for a Management System Support (Knowledge and Quality) to join our team on site at our client, the European Space Agengy ESA-ESTEC in the Nertherlands, Noordwijk.

Main Responsibilities

Provide management support to ensure efficient operations of knowledge and quality systems within the organization. Oversee the development and implementation of management system procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Assist in quality control processes, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained and meets the required standards. Work closely with various departments to manage and improve knowledge-sharing frameworks and practices. Conduct regular audits and reviews of management processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Successful Candidate

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience. Experience: Demonstrated experience in management systems, knowledge-sharing platforms, and quality assurance processes. Competences: Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with quality control processes and standards (e.g., ISO certifications). Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to improve knowledge management. Familiarity with management systems, audits, and compliance procedures.
