As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will:

• Identify and define business solutions for HR users, translating HR business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and ITSM developers on the configuration and development of the ServiceNow HRSD module, including data imports and integrations with HR systems.
  
• Assist with troubleshooting, patch/release management for HRSD, and develop UI forms, fields, notifications, automation scripts, integrations, workflows, and reports.
  
• Design and implement service catalog workflows with approvals and work with the HR team to create and enhance the Employee Service Portal.
  
• Create access control rules (ACLs) and validations across various workflows, capture user stories, and ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8-10 years of experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.
  
• Proficient in HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Document Management, and Performance Analytics for HR.
  
• Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and directories (e.g., Active Directory) using LDAPs, Web Services, JDBC, SFTP.
  
• Demonstrable experience in developing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
  
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, ITIL/industry standards, and HRSD processes.
  
• Strong unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing skills.
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Work collaboratively within a project team and contribute constructively to team meetings and planning sessions.
  
• Self-direct and be detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring high standards and quality of work.
  
• Support users during User Acceptance Testing and provide necessary training to HRSD fulfillers and administration users.
