Voor deze vacature voor medewerker customer support is het belangrijk dat je affiniteit hebt met de branche. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is geen vereiste, wel is het belangrijk dat je kennis/interesse hebt in software en technologie. Je kunt je de nieuwe systemen en applicaties dan snel eigen maken. Kennis van Adviesbox of Fastlane is fijn, maar ook geen harde eis. Wel is het belangrijk bent dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en snel kunt schakelen.

  • beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal op native niveau;
  • je bent bereid om minimaal één keer per week naar het kantoor in Gouda te komen;
  • je bent klantvriendelijk, empathisch en geduldig.
wat ga je doen

Als medewerker customer support ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Zij komen zowel online als telefonisch bij je terecht, dus de communicatie is in woord en geschrift. Je beantwoordt vragen, lost problemen op en adviseert over het gebruik en de mogelijkheden van de software. Je werkt samen met developers, consultants en accountmanagers om de beste service te bieden.

Het is een softwarebedrijf dat financiële planning, advies, bemiddeling en administratie in één pakket aanbiedt. Ze ondersteunen de financieel adviseur bij het opstellen van een financieel advies en het vergelijken van hypotheken en verzekeringen. Maar ook het genereren van rapporten en het verzenden van aanvragen. Zo werk je dus vooral in de softwareondersteuning en schakel je veel met financieel adviseurs.
