Background:

A global manufacturing business needs support for its Facilities team and is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to be based in Utrecht to ensure that everything in our office building and in the R&D facilities runs smoothly, both in front of and behind the scenes.

Role:

·        As Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for:

·        Project management tasks

·        Stakeholder management

·        Daily management and coordination of our facility services

·        Ensuring a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment for all our employees

·        Setting up and guarantee procedures

·        Procurement of goods and services for our office.

·        Managing both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our facilities operate optimally (includes, but is not limited to, security, first aid, cleaning, catering, and the internal warehouse)

·        Organizing events and meetings within the organization and also ensure timely follow-up of supplier contracts and maintenance planning

·        Mentoring and guiding the wider team

Requirements

Requirements:

To be considered for the Facilities Coordinator role, you should be a strong communicator with previous experience within an industrial environment. Previous experience within a Project Management role or exposure to project work in a previous business would be advantageous.
