Je komt te werken bij een luxe autobedrijf in DenHaag. Naast hun vestiging in Den Haag hebben ze nog vijfvestigingen in Zuid-Holland. Het is een dynamische werkomgevingwaarin je werkt met collega’s met een technische, commerciële ofondersteunend beroep. Er heerst een open bedrijfscultuur met kortecommunicatielijntjes. 

Functieomschrijving

Je wordt namelijk deexpert die de processen op de (zakelijke) Sales Supportafdelingnaar een hoger niveau gaat tillen door verbetering van deefficiëntie van processen met een goed resultaat alsuitgangspunt.

Een greep uit jouwwerkzaamheden:

  • Je besteltbedrijfswagens;
  • Samen met monteurs verwerk jeorders;
  • Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor derouteplanning;
  • Je onderhoudt contact metklanten maar ook met externe partijen over specialeservices;
  • Administratieve taken zoals deregistratie van bedrijfswagens en facturenopmaken.

Het is een baan van langeretermijn voor 32 uur of 40 uur per week, de keuze is aan jou. Dewerktijden zijn van 8.30 - 17.15 uur en na het inwerktraject is erde mogelijkheid om een dag vanuit huis tewerken.

Functie-eisen
  • MBO werk- endenkniveau;
  • Relevante werkervaring in eencommerciële rol;
  • Ervaring metExcel;
  • Kennis van logistiekewerkprocessen;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandsetaal in woord en geschrift.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Een bruto uurloon van €15,58 tot €18,81 opbasis van ervaring;
  • Een fulltime functie (40uur p/w) of de mogelijkheid om 32 uur per week tewerken;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kmtot 50 km enkele reis of volledigeOV-vergoeding;
  • 25 vakantiedagen gebaseerd opeen werkweek van 40 uur;
  • 8,33%vakantiegeld;
  • Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerstewerkdag;
  • Korting oponderdelen.
