Health and Safety Specialist -ADM WILD Netherlands

ADM WILD Netherlands B.V. bevindt zich al 40 jaar in de haven van Amsterdam, Nederland. Het produceert en verkoopt vruchtensapconcentraatmengsels tot smaaksystemen aan klanten in Europa, Midden-Oosten, Afrika en Verre Oosten, in elke verpakkingsvorm voor de voedsel- en drankindustrie. Er werken ca. 100 – 150 medewerkers op de locatie Amsterdam

Deze functie zal fulltime gezondheids- en veiligheidsondersteuning (HS) bieden aan de productie locatie Amsterdam en ervoor zorgen dat alle activiteiten in overeenstemming zijn met de wettelijke HS-en ADM vereisten.
Je ontwikkelt procedures en processen die ons HS-management voor de locatie Amsterdam naar een hoger niveau tillen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de fysieke controle en auditing van dit beleid binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt activiteiten op alle niveaus bij de implementatie van de HS-programma's. Hiertoe geef je advies over continue verbeteringen en zorg je voor de naleving van wettelijke normen. Je rapporteert aan de EHS-manager.

Tot je taken behoren:

Het faciliteren van de organisatie bij het creëren van een veilige werkcultuur. Creëren van veiligheidsbewustzijn en safety engagement bij de medewerkers; Trendanalyses van geïdentificeerde onveilige situaties en bijna-ongelukken. Herkennen van complexe risico’s op gezondheid en veiligheid, analyseren en reageren Het uitvoeren van risico-inventarisatie en evaluatie projecten Ontwikkeling, aanbeveling en implementatie van HS-beleid en projecten; Zorg voor HS-trainingsmateriaal en train medewerkers om volgens de normen te werken Zorgdragen dat de uitvoering van werkzaamheden in overeenstemming met werkvergunningen worden uitgevoerd. Inspecties op de werkvloer en te zorgen dat werkzaamheden veilig worden uitgevoerd.  Als HS-coordinator heb je: MBO opleiding, bewezen HBO werk- en denkniveau in food/techniek gerelateerde vakgebieden; MVK-certificaat of bereid om deze te behalen; Enkele jaren ervaring in een HS-functie; Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden op verschillende niveaus; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engels taal; Bij voorkeur ervaring met continu verbeterprogramma’s  Vermogen om werk te organiseren, prioriteiten te stellen en besluitvaardig te zijn in een ambitieuze productieorganisatie; Wij staan ook open voor afstudeerders in hun laatste jaar Spreekt bovenstaande functie jou aan?
