About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing IST team as a Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring awareness among project managers regarding safety matters and developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS plans for construction projects.
You will lead safety meetings with clients and trades, supervise client-project EHS oversight resources, and assess contractor safety plans. Additionally, you will review and comment on high-risk activities, champion safety initiatives, apply lessons learned, and provide safety support and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in EHS lead management positions, preferably with data center experience. You should have strong communication skills, be able to visualize issues, and communicate them effectively to others.
In addition, you should have outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate groups of consultants and contractors. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and being comfortable with being client-facing is also essential.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
