About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Global Safety & Security team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating EHS programs and policies for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies to ensure compliance with European regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in EHS performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver EHS solutions and ensure effective communication of EHS information to employees.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on EHS regulations and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on EHS regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manager or supervisory role.
  • Experience in managing ergonomic programs and possess Ergonomics Certification.
  • Extensive experience with risk management in datacenters and electrical safety.
  • Possess EHS Certifications such as NEBOSH international General Certificate (IGC), IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying strong knowledge and depth of understanding of the European EHS regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels and across functions within the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites/remotely.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required - an Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental management degree is highly desired.
