- Collaborate with employees across all European locations to assess current systems and organizational structures.
- Identify inefficiencies and potential bugs for resolution.
- Manage Master Data, including mass data updates, pricing uploads, and customer master data creation.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and synchronization across various system environments.
- Partner with internal and external development teams, along with clients, to design effective programming and software modifications.
- Integrate new software and hardware changes seamlessly into existing systems.
- Observe and identify current and potential system failures.
- Maintain a bug-free user experience consistently.
- Accurately document all technology developments for future client project utilization.
- Provide testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation.
- Document existing standards and processes to support the training and development of new employees.
- Investigate sales order issues related to the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
- Strong IT background with demonstrable qualifications and experience.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure team success.
- Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed.
- Analytically minded and methodical problem solver.
- SAP Master Data Management experience is a big plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 Production basic knowledge is a big plus.
- Ability to travel (by land and air), both domestically and internationally, on occasion.
A great full-time permanent role in Alphen a/d Rijn or in the UK, hybrid work is possible. The salary for this position will range between 4000-5000 EUR per month, depending on your education and seniority. On top of that there are many secondary benefits that we would like to tell you more about on a phone call
