Wij zijn op zoek naar een Continuous Improvement Manager die samen met het Operational Excellence team werkt aan het veranderen van de bedrijfsmentaliteit naar Quality by design.

Jouw takenpakket

Jij identificeert en evalueert bestaande bedrijfsprocessen om inefficiënties, verspillingen en potentiële verbeteringsgebieden vast te stellen; Jij leidt en coördineert verbeteringsacties, inclusief het toewijzen van middelen en bewaken van de voortgang; Jij rapporteert over de voortgang van verbeteringsacties aan het management en andere belanghebbenden; En jij stimuleert het delen van best practices en het verspreiden van succesvolle verbeterinitiatieven binnen de organisatie.


Functie eisen

Je hebt minimaal een MBO achtergrond; Je hebt goede analytische vaardigheden om gegevens te verzamelen; Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen communiceren met medewerkers; Je hebt grondige kennis van procesverbeteringstools en methodologieën zoals Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, process mapping, 5WHY’s; Je hebt goede projectmanagementvaardigheden en ervaring in het leiden van verbeteringsprojecten of acties; Je hebt een sterke toewijding aan het opbouwen van een cultuur van continu verbeteren binnen een organisatie; Je hebt ervaring met presenteren, coachen en trainen van interne medewerkers.

Organisatie

Marktconform salaris van tussen de €3700,- en €5500,- o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek; Jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling; Interessante bonusregeling van maximaal 10% van het jaarsalaris; Pensioen middelloonregeling; Mogelijkheid tot het volgen van opleidingen en/of cursussen om jezelf te ontwikkelen en op termijn wellicht door te groeien; 28 vakantiedagen; Reiskostenvergoeding tot 60km enkele reis; Telefoon en laptop;  Fietsplan.
