At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Tester to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Develop end‐to‐end test cases for testing the new functionality
  • Support / coach the team in applying testing best practices for developing test cases
  • Share the knowledge inside the team to improve the test process
  • Execute test cases, analyse test results and document issues in JIRA
  • Attend team meetings to provide status updates

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Have at least a high school diploma
  • Possess relevant and recent experience in planning, writing and executing test cases
  • Solid understanding and own experience of test best practices
  • Strong experience in testing computer networking software
  • Experience in working closely with the developers, PO and architect to be able to develop high quality test cases
  • Relevant and recent experience in software testing for WebGUI and CLI for networking product  
  • Good experience of administering and deployment of Linux and Windows servers, including automation deployment (Ansible)
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols: IP, TCP, DNS, HTTP and secured network connection (HTTPS, SSH, certificates)
  • Recent knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development and understand Agile framework
  • Automation testing experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Playwright , Gauge, bash is considered an advantage
  • Experience with testing the Tactical Data Link (Link1, Link16, OTH) protocols is considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level
