Als Quality Assurance (QA) Officer start je binnen één van de teams van DFC Oversight, namelijk het Risk & Quality Assurance team. Dit team is het risico & kwaliteitsgeweten van DFC. Het team voert onder andere onafhankelijke controles uit op de kwaliteit van de door DFC opgeleverde klantdossiers. De bevindingen worden door jou besproken in een kalibratiesessie met de relevante stakeholders en vervolgens met de analist die het dossier heeft geschreven en de betrokken QC-er. Tot slot denkt je mee over het identificeren en oplossen van rode draden. Hierbij worden wij als QA ook ingezet om Tijd voor Kwaliteitsessies te geven.
Een goede beheersing van de Franse taal is daarmee belangrijk voor deze functie.

Het Quality Assurance team is georganiseerd in vier subteams (per 1 juni 2024 vijf subteams), elk met een focus op één van de Client Units / klanttypes van de bank en je rapporteert aan één van de vier Teamleads. In dit geval kom je terecht in het Wealth Management team. Wealth Management behandelt zowel natuurlijke personen als business clients. Je hebt veelvuldig contact met je collega’s binnen het QA team om zo de consistentie van het werk te waarborgen en van elkaar te blijven leren. Het Quality Assurance team bestaat in totaal uit ca. 45 fte (ca. 63 FTE per 1 juni 2024).

Je hebt kennis van KYC en CDD processen, zowel van natuurlijke personen als van business clients. Liefst vanuit een Quality Checker of Senior Analist rol binnen DFC Operations of een andere controlerende rol. Je beheerst de Franse, Engelse en Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; het is een pré als je ook de Duitse taal beheerst. Je bent kritisch, hebt lef en weet een goede bijdrage te leveren in een discussie. Je bent in staat om collega’s uit andere teams mee te nemen in jouw verhaal maar staat ook open voor andere argumenten. Je communiceert gemakkelijk en voelt de balans aan tussen standvastigheid en begrip. Je bent oplossingsgericht en draagt bij aan verdere verbetering, bijvoorbeeld door het identificeren en oplossen van rode draden. Je bent in staat onderscheid te maken tussen formele bevindingen (een bevinding die niet direct leidt tot een risico voor de bank) en materiele bevindingen (een bevinding die een direct risico vormt).

Wij bieden

Het bovenaan de pagina weergegeven bruto maandsalaris is op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld en benefit budget. Het benefit budget bedraagt 11% van je salaris. Als je in een maand geen aankopen of reserveringen doet in de Benefit Shop, krijg je over die maand een twaalfde deel van je benefit budget uitbetaald. Vijf weken vakantie per jaar. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om vier weken per jaar bij te kopen. Persoonlijk Ontwikkelbudget van € ,- per jaar. Dit bedrag kun je opsparen tot € ,-.
