YOUR ROLE- Support the Global SHE Center of Excellence team with Safety; Health and Environment related capability building and deployment cross regionally.
- Work alongside the team to roll-out and implement the new global SHE is reporting software, including providing training and support to operations sites.
- Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and scorecards in alignment with Global SHE Key Performance Indicators.
- Support team with collecting SHE related training materials.
- Support Global Head of SHE with SHE Strategy alignment and tracking cross regionally and cross functionally.
- Improve existing SHE communication platforms, such as MS Teams and Global SHE SharePoint.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Analytics; Engineering, Safety, Environment, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- An excellent communicator and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Competent in Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint.
- Available for 6 months starting 1st July 2024, Hybrid.
