Das Douglas Group Internal Audit Office ist verantwortlich für die Internal Audit der Douglas Unternehmensgruppe. Wir entwickeln die Audit Strategie für die Gruppe und koordinieren die Audit Aktivitäten in den Ländern. Das Douglas Group Internal Audit Office ist verantwortlich für die Internal Audit der Douglas Unternehmensgruppe. Wir entwickeln die Audit Strategie für die Gruppe und koordinieren die Audit Aktivitäten in den Ländern. Wir sind ein internationales Team mit Internal Audit Beauftragten in der Zentrale und den Ländern.
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Unternehmensprüfungen in den Douglas Ländern und Geschäftsbereichen Analyse und Prüfung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse hinsichtlich ihrer Wirtschaftlichkeit und Compliance sowie in Bezug auf die Einhaltung unternehmensweiter Prozesse und Richtlinien Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungsansätze Identifizierung von Risiken und notwendigen internen Kontrollen zur Risikominderung für die Douglas Gruppes Gewährleistung einer professionellen Prüfungsdurchführung und Abschlussbesprechungen mit den geprüften Stellen Selbständiges Verfassen von qualitativen Revisionsberichten, die auch zur Vorlage bei der Geschäftsführung, dem Prüfungsausschuss / Aufsichtsrat und Abschlussprüfer geeignet sind Regelmäßige eigenständige Nachverfolgung des Umsetzungsstatus der vereinbarter Abhilfemaßnahmen mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen im In- und Ausland, um die Effizienz von Prozessen und Kontrollen zu erreichen Mitentwicklung des jährlichen Prüfungsplans auf der Grundlage der identifizierten Risiken und des Inputs von Stakeholdern und externen Wirtschaftsprüfern/AbschlussprüfernDU BRINGST VIEL MIT Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (CIA, Certified Internal Auditor von Vorteil) Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Internal Audit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Unternehmensprüfungen in Deutschland und im Ausland Flexible, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Dynamische Arbeitsweise mit den Fachbereichen sowie Bereitschaft, mit neuen Aufgaben umzugehen und eigenständige Lösungsvorschläge zu entwickeln Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen Reisebereitschaft zur Durchführung von Vor-Ort Prüfungen in den Douglas Ländern Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
