As a Front Office Host(ess): You will provide a warm welcome and smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests To add the extra Park Plaza touch, you will also build up knowledge of the local area, its amenities, and tourist attractions. You will be empowered to personalise guest stays and upsell hotel facilities and rewards programmes. You can also make an impact through contributing to wider hotel initiatives and proactively identifying improved ways of working.
