Voor de productielocatie in Oss zoeken wij voor Ardagh een:

Continuous Improvement Manager (40 uur per week)

Deze CI manager zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het implementeren en ontwikkelen van een continu verbeteringssysteem in de fabriek.

Het doel is om duurzame blikken van de hoogste kwaliteit te produceren en te leveren aan hun klanten met lagere kosten en kortere doorlooptijden, terwijl er een plezierig en veilige werkomgeving voor medewerkers wordt gewaarborgd.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Implementeren en ontwikkelen van het AMPS-model (Ardagh Metal Production System).
  • Identificeren van kansen voor verbetering van operationele focus in fabrieken.
  • Bevorderen van een CI-cultuur door data-gebaseerde besluitvorming, systeemdenken, en het gebruik van statistische hulpmiddelen.
  • Delen van best practices en kennis op het gebied van CI.
  • Leiden van inspanningen om processen en producten te verbeteren.
  • Trainen van lokale medewerkers en communiceren van CI via de fabrieksorganisatie.
  • Beheren van het CI-projectportfolio van de locatie en rapporteren van voortgangsontwikkelingen.
  • Fungeren als projectmanager en integreren van verbeteringsresultaten in dagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Bijdragen aan een effectief IMS en uitvoeren van data-analyses als onderdeel van procescontrole.
  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van een effectief SPC-systeem.
    Vereisten:
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in productie, bij voorkeur in blikkenproductie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Continuous Improvement-concepten en tools.
  • Ervaring als Black Belt of bereidheid om gecertificeerd te worden.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
  • Bekend met statistieken en het genereren van innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Sterke planning, organisatie en klantgerichtheid.

Vereisten:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur drankblikken maken.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Continuous Improvement-concepten (bijv. Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) en tools (bijv. VSM, RCA, Statistische Analyse).
  • Ervaren Black Belt of wens om gecertificeerd te worden.
  • Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om consensus te bereiken en ideeën op alle niveaus van de organisatie te verkopen.
  • Is bekend met statistieken, bepaalt de kwaliteit van gegevens, kan gegevens uit verschillende bronnen vergelijken om conclusies te trekken en stelt effectieve benaderingen vast voor het kiezen van een handelwijze of het ontwikkelen van passende oplossingen.
  • Genereert innovatieve oplossingen in werksituaties en probeert nieuwe manieren om met werkproblemen en kansen om te gaan.
  • Beschikt over sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden: plannen, organiseren, doelen stellen en behalen, zowel op de korte als op de lange termijn, de klantgerichtheid behouden en schema's bijhouden.
