Hello everyone I'm looking for a Financial Administrator for one of our top energy infrastructure clients in Arnhem (Dutch Speaking role).

The Financial Administrator would be responsible for:

  • Evaluate and process incoming supplier invoices in SAP 4HANA, including complex invoices with high amounts, with knowledge of WKA and VAT rules.
  • Ensure correct and timely processing of basic invoices, with careful checking for errors.
  • Answering internal and external questions about the invoicing process via mailbox and telephone.
  • Contribute to projects for the improvement and implementation of efficient working methods for accurate and timely data processing.
  • Working in a team within a multinational working environment, with a flexible and proactive attitude.

The Financial Administrator should have:

  • A completed MBO education in a business administration or financial direction.
  • Min 3-5 years of work experience in a financial environment, with good knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Knowledge of WKA and VAT regulations is required.
  • Work experience in a similar position within a multinational or large corporate environment is required.
  • Experience with e-invoicing and international VAT is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, and good command of the English language.
