Contract Manager

- Oversee and manage asset-based contracts with customers in district heating, chemical, petroleum-chemical, food and beverage, and paper and pulp industries, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, legal) to develop tailored contract proposals and solutions, while monitoring contract performance and compliance.
- Act as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and driving contract renewals and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate contract records for compliance with internal policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, staying informed about industry regulations, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the energy or related industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
