Vanaf dag 1 wordt je opgeleid en krijg je geleidelijk de leiding over een hele afdeling en dompel je jezelf onder in een wereld van mode en trends. Als Captain van je team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van talentvolle verkoopmedewerkers, om zo hun volledige potentieel te benutten. Je ontwikkelt een expertise om de winkelvloer te transformeren middels visual merchandising en trendy assortimenten. In samenwerking met de storemanager, afdeling inkoop zorg jij ervoor dat alleen de beste collecties in de winkel worden gepresenteerd. Het is jouw taak om de winkel naar een hoger niveau te tillen en een aantrekkelijke omgeving te creëren voor de klanten. 

Zorg ervoor dat elke dag voor elke klant een onvergetelijke winkelervaring wordt. Jouw uitstekende servicevaardigheden zullen ervoor zorgen dat zij graag terugkomen voor meer. Maak gebruik van jouw vaardigheden in operationeel beheer om alle omnichannel-services naadloos te laten verlopen. Verhoog de verkoopcijfers door strategische beslissingen te nemen en innovatieve verkoopmethoden toe te passen. Natuurlijk werk je nauw samen met de storemanager om dit te bereiken.

  • Een succesvol afgesloten opleiding, minimaal mbo-niveau, bij voorkeur management.
  • Ervaring in de retail, bij voorkeur in de fashion als storemanager of assistent storemanager
  • Uitstekende klanten oriëntering en servicegerichtheid
  • Organisatorisch talent en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Hoge mate van betrouwbaarheid en integriteit
