Voor Kamer van Koophandel is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Employee Journey Coördinator voor 32 uur per week.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Employee Journey Coördinator om ons team te versterken. Als Employee Journey Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de reis die onze medewerkers binnen onze organisatie afleggen.

Wat ga je doen?Je gebruikt employee journey mapping om de reis van (nieuwe) medewerkers in kaart te brengen.Dit omvat het identificeren van belangrijke momenten, zoals onboarding, ontwikkelen, doorstroom/promoties en vertrek.Door deze stappen te begrijpen, kunnen we de werknemerservaring optimaliseren. Je zorgt voor draagvlak, adviseert, implementeert en evalueert.

Wat vragen wij?Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in HR, talentmanagement of een vergelijkbare functie.Kennis van Employee Experience: Je begrijpt de volledige employee journey en weet hoe je deze kunt verbeteren. Je hebt hier bewezen ervaring mee binnen grotere, complexe organisaties.Analytisch Vermogen: Je kunt data en rapportages gebruiken om inzichten te verkrijgen en actieplannen op te stellen. Draagvlak creëren: Je weet steun en medewerking van anderen te verkrijgen voor een plan of verandering. Dit door te informeren, mensen te betrekken, doelen te stellen, open te communiceren en successen te vieren.Projectmanagement: Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van projecten en het implementeren van veranderingen.

Onze opdrachtgever heeft eisen en wensen geformuleerd. Aan alle eisen moet worden voldaan om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie. Voor deze functie zijn de volgende eisen en wensen geformuleerd:

Eisen:

  1. Kandidaat heeft een HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  2. Kandidaat heeft relevante opleidingen of studierichting op gebied van HRM en/of Talentmanagement;
  3. Kandidaat heeft aantoonbaar kennis van employee journey mapping;
  4. Kandidaat heeft actuele (in de afgelopen 7 jaar) en minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en verbeteren van de employee journey binnen grotere complexe organisaties;
  5. Kandidaat heeft actuele (in de afgelopen 5 jaar) en aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen van Employee Experience Frameworks;
  6. Kandidaat heeft actuele (in de afgelopen 5 jaar) en aantoonbare ervaring met Meetmethoden en Beoordeling van Betrokkenheid;
  7. Kandidaat heeft actuele (in de afgelopen 5 jaar) en aantoonbare ervaring met werken in multidisciplinaire teams rondom employee journey.

Wensen:

  1. Kandidaat heeft minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding;
  2. Kandidaat heeft ... jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het deelnemen aan mobiliteitstafels en heeft een uitgebreid actief netwerk (netwerken) binnen overheid en semi-overheid;
  3. Kandidaat heeft ... jaar aantoonbare ervaring met werken bij soortgelijke overheidsorganisaties.
