Functieomschrijving 

Als Operational Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen en coördineren van het Order Fulfillment proces binnen de afdeling Planning op korte en middellange termijn.

 

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inzetten en bewaken van de realisatie van sales orders van klanten;
  • Je beheert de communicatie met klanten over de status van sales orders;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inzetten, opvolgen en de realisatie van work orders;
  • Je bewaakt de voorraad, je houdt performance indicatoren bij en doet voorstellen ter verbetering hiervan;
  • Je ondersteunt bij en/of initieert acties gericht op verbetering van de performance;
  • Je ondersteunt bij NPI projecten;
  • Je signaleert escalaties op het gebied van materiaalbeschikbaarheid en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen hiervan met Supply Chain en klanten;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en inregelen van parameters in ERP;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de wekelijkse planningscyclus;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het converteren van de vraag van de klant naar inkoop aanvragen. 

 

Functie eisen
  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting;
  • Ervaring in een relevante productieomgeving is een pre;
  • Je beschikt over een goede berheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, een sterke overtuigingskracht en een analytische instelling;
  • Je bent klantgericht en stressbestendig.
