Bij KMWE in Eindhoven zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega Logistics Support.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Logistics Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het accuraat en adequaat uitvoering geven aan administratieve werkprocessen binnen het Logistics Team (LT). In deze functie assisteer je met name de Operational Planner, Product Engineer en Quality Engineer.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je beheert en verwerkt klant aanvragen en orders;
- Je draagt zorg voor het aanmaken van salesorders in het ERP systeem;
- Je ziet toe dat orders tijdig bevestigd worden conform geldende klantafspraken;
- Je archiveert en digitaliseert documenten volgens vastgelegde procedures QMS
- Je maakt documentatie gereed die nodig is om klantleveringen te faciliteren;
- Je stelt de benodigde logistieke informatie tijdig beschikbaar aan betrokkenen binnen de organisatie;
- Je assisteert collega's binnen verschillende logistieke functies.

**Functie eisen**:

- Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding op MBO/MBO+ niveau;
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over ervaring in een relevante productie omgeving;
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) en ervaring met ERP systemen;
- Je bent sociaalvaardig, communicatief sterk, zelfstandig, klantgericht en je bent secuur en accuraat;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
