Our Management Assistant within Offshore Energy Division SHEQ provides effective and efficient administrative, secretarial and organizational support for the activities of the OE SHEQ department and department manager.

• Preparing formal and informal meetings and taking minutes of meeting;
• Supporting the Head of SHEQ by managing agenda, correspondence, phone calls and emails;
• Performing administrative tasks, for example handling invoices, etc.

Your qualities

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a secretary or similar role;
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills (written and spoken);
• Good skills in ICT Office applications;
• You have great interpersonal skills and natural capacity for teamwork.

• Your team: As a management assistant SHEQ you report to the Division SHEQ Manager, and you will be part of the Offshore Energy SHEQ community.
• Where you will work: In our head office in Papendrecht.
• Parttime/fulltime: This position of Management Assistant requires an availability of 32-40 hours a week in the office.
