What we ask

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die beschikt over:

HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante studierichting, zoals veiligheid / milieu / technologie / engineering of management; Een diploma Hoger Veiligheidskundige HVK, Integraal Veiligheidskundige IVK of Management of Safety, Health & Environment MoSHE; Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de procesindustrie; Uitgebreide kennis van BRZO en ATEX; Uitgebreide kennis van wet- & regelgeving op gebied van (arbeids)veiligheid.


Daarnaast zijn wij op zoek naar iemand met de volgende competenties:

Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van programma management en stakeholder management; Conceptueel en analytisch denken, lange termijn gericht met korte termijn actie; Sensitiviteit voor organisatorische omstandigheden en uitdagingen; Impactvolle coachingsvaardigheden; in staat om anderen te motiveren en inspireren; Uitstekende communicatie en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden, toe te passen op verschillende niveaus.
