Tasks

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in development and implementation

of the business strategy and managing the daily operations of the store. In co-operation

with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for encouraging

results by effectively teaching, training and coaching employees to a good standard

performing sales team achieving sales goals, meeting brand standards of merchandising

and delivers operational excellence. You provide direction and leadership to the team to create a...

As an Assistant Store Manager at Aerie you will….

• Analyze reports and daily sales trends to drive real-time strategic business

• Train and develop the team to improve business performance.

• Build customer loyalty by delivering optimal in-store experience, using social

media and email capture.

• Motivate and inspire the team by developing and delivering a compelling vision and purpose

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of retail or equivalent management experience.

• Have a good command of the Dutch and English language

• Are a team player who creates a pleasant atmosphere.

• Are available full-time.

• Willing to work irregular hours and on weekends.

• Are hospitable and can put every guest at ease
