Wie versterkt ons team op de positie als Duty Manager?

Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor;

  • De dagelijkse operatie, van het serveren van het ontbijt tot het begeleiden van de gasten naar hun kamers, jij bent het gezicht voor onze gasten en het voorbeeld voor onze collega’s waarbij de persoonlijke service centraal staat;
  • A tot Z verzorgen van onze zakelijke aanvragen, van het sturen van de offerte tot het verzorgen van de meeting en de aftersales tot facturatie. Jij zorgt dat onze zakelijke relaties Fine ambassadeurs worden;
  • Behalen van financiële en service gerichte doelstellingen. Denk daarbij aan upsell target en het behalen van minimaal een 9 als algemeen reviewcijfer. Samen zorgen we dat we op een financieel gezonde manier bij de best of the best horen qua gastvrijheid;
  • Opleiden van de toekomstige hotello, het begeleiden en opleiden van stagiairs en parttimers. Waarbij onze toekomstige collega’s hands-on, oplossingsgericht kunnen denken en een voorbeeld worden op het gebied van oprechte en persoonlijke gastvrijheid;
