Offshore Service Resources is part of the NCE Service organization in Vestas. We are responsible for providing manpower solutions to work on improvement, optimization and repair assignments within the offshore business.
You will be part of a team of committed and dedicated employees that work in a variety of locations.
Responsibilities
You will be the leader of a team of Travelling Technicians/Supervisors with the following main areas of responsibility:
Qualifications
Professional experience as a team leader Experience in remote leadership Hold a degree / diploma in management or similar Fluency in English Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholdersCompetencies
