Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems, and other technical installations. Inspecting equipment and systems to identify any malfunctions or defects and promptly rectify them in an efficient manner. Performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all technical systems. Responding to emergencies and technical issues such as leaks, power outages, and other critical situations. Collaborating with other departments within the hotel, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure smooth operations of daily activities. Maintaining maintenance logs and reports detailing completed work and repairs. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations related to technical installations and equipment.WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
Previous experience in technical maintenance and preventive maintenance practices, preferably in a hospitality or similar setting Good knowledge of English, Dutch is an advantage Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and protocols is essential Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented Proactive attitude and team spirit Capable of effective communication with colleagues & guestsCycas Hospitality is a GIFT for any hospitality professional.
