Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Service Management Consultant to join our team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a ServiceNow IT Service Management Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients, with a focus on IT Service Management and Platform Analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop high-level reporting solutions that meet their requirements.



Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, focusing on IT Service Management and Platform Analytics
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop high-level reporting solutions that meet their requirements
  3. Develop complex reports and dashboards using ServiceNow Reporting and Platform Analytics
  4. Connect ServiceNow with external data sources and other reporting tools
  5. Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow Platform capabilities and best practices
  6. Consult with customers on service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and data structures
  7. Work in an Agile development environment, using Scrum methodologies
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery


Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow Reporting, specifically in the Platform Analytics area, with expertise in developing complex reports and dashboards
  3. Expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities
  4. Experience connecting ServiceNow with external data sources and other reporting tools
  5. High-level knowledge of business needs and process standardisation, with the ability to transform customer requirements into high-level reporting solutions
  6. Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers on these topics
  7. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
  8. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies
  9. Result-oriented with excellent communication skills
  10. 4-5 years of development experience creating simple/complex customer-facing ServiceNow applications (desirable)

Desirable Skills:

  1. Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in Platform Analytics
  2. ServiceNow Admin Certification.
