Nouvall Engineering Services is specialized inproject support for the (petro) chemical and maritimeindustry.
We provide expertise in the field ofEngineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns,Construction and Safety.

Functieomschrijving

The Turnaround Infrastructure Coördinator(TIC) is responsible for the coördination of facility and serviceneeds for all disciplines during all phases of theturnaround.

The TICshares with the Turnaround Manager and the TA Coördinator, theresponsibility to identify and execute a plan to establish adequatefacilities to house the staff and contractors during all stages ofthe turnaround.
This is done through severalcomplimentary means.
Theactivity intensity of a large turnaround calls for extraordinaryplanning and preparation to help meet all requirements and businessneeds.
The infrastructureeffort should begin approximately 9-12 months in advance of thescheduled TA prime start date.

Responsibilities:

Facilities
• Set up a plot plan to identify office andwelfare needs.
• Identify thenumber of buildings required to house staff and secure needs viaMSA (Managed Service Administration).
• Identify location and placement of main TAfacility (tent).
• Identify TAGMC, project, contractor, and other departmental officeneeds.
• Identify TA outsidestaff needs for office space.
•Work with operations group to identify permitting office needs andplacement.
• Work with ProcessSafety Rep. to get LPP12.8 approval for all TA buildings andfacilities.
• Work withEH&S to get MOC started for facilityplacement.
• Work with MSA toset up janitorial services for all building thru out TAduration.
• Work with SiteInfrastructure personnel to provide furniture to staff and officesfor TA needs.
• Work with TACoordinator and Material Marshaller to identify, secure, anddevelop a marshalling area for TA materials staging. Identify anyspecial building needs.
• Workwith block personnel to set up other utilities as needed-water,sewer, etc.
• Work withES&S to develop a traffic plan to control traffic during allstages of the TA.
• Work withMSA to set up port-a-cans and sanitary stations forpersonnel.

Electrical and IT
• Work with electrical technician to identify andset up all electrical feed to all facilities.
• Work with IT Dept to develop a project for allIT needs in all building identified as needing phone, computer, andprinter needs. This should be done well as far in advanced of thestart of pre- TA activities as possible.

EH&S
• Work with EH&S rep to develop a TA facilityEmergency Plan for accountability purposes.
• Work with EH&S rep, Process Safety rep, andWaste Coordinator to identify possible waste storage site and theexpected amount of waste and the removal of suchitems.
• Work with EH&S repto develop strategy for movement basic waste such as householdtrash, wood, and insulation.
•Work with EH&S rep to make a preliminary walk through toidentify any possible or potential hazards regarding the facilityand or shutdown staging area.

Communication
• Works with Unit / Site Communication departmentcommunicating infrastructure plans, example traffic plan, emergencyplan, access closures, etc.
•Establish Infrastructure Plan power-point for the Sitecommunication.

Functie-eisen

• You have a technical Short-CycleTertiary Degree (i.e. associate degree - technical MBO level 4) oryou have a Secondary vocational education work and thinking levelgained via at least 8 years working experience as a ProjectLeader/Commercial Manager at maintenanceservices.
• You have minimum 5years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or anotherrelated field.
• You are fluentin Dutch (speaking, writing, reading) and you have good knowledgeof English (reading and writing).
