Logistics at full potential
Ter uitbreiding van onze Business Unit in Eindhoven (4 sites) zijn we op zoek naar een Site Engineer. We zijn op zoek naar een collega om met de klant en mee te denken en logistieke oplossingen te ontwikkelen, om deze vervolgens te implementeren.
Als fulltime Site Engineer ben je werkzaam in een jonge, dynamische internationale werkomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedenken van efficiënte en effectieve logistieke oplossingen voor de klant en en het opleveren van het daarbij behorende kostenmodel. Je werkt hiervoor samen met collega`s van onder andere de afdelingen Business Support, Quality & Control en Operations.
In deze rol rapporteer je direct aan de Manager BU Projects & Engineering.
Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als Site Engineer?
- Signaleren, ontwerpen en verbeteren van logistieke processen van de dagelijkse operatie
- Verbeteren van de ondersteunende IT-systemen
- Opleveren van volledige en correcte kostenmodellen en P&L-analyses voor zowel tenders als ook bestaande operaties
- Leveren van support bij implementatie- en (re)-engineering projecten zoals lay-out, procedures, werkinstructies en geven van trainingen
- Leiden van projectteams inclusief rapportage
Wat heb jij nodig om succesvol te zijn?
- Afgeronde HBO opleiding in een logistieke en/of technische bedrijfskundige richting
- Kennis van Lean en ervaring met complexe logistieke processen (mechanisatie)
- Kennis van MS-Office, uitstekende beheersing van MS Excel. VBA en CAD is een pré
- Cijfermatig inzicht en analytisch vermogen
- Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift met daarbij zowel goede communicatieve als sociale vaardigheden
- Projectmatig en in teamverband kunnen werken
