The company is an ironing factory located inLelystad. The clothes come in boxes and are then put on thehangers, and then go through the ironing/steamingmachines.
After this process, they are packed inplastic by a machine and the products are loaded into thetrucks.

As a full-time logistics operator, you areresponsible for managing your team and ensuring that the processruns smoothly.
Your responsibilities will be totrain, motivate and lead yourteam.
Responsibilities that are part of theposition are activities such as:
- Orderpicking, packing, scanning, counting products or othertasks.
- training newcolleagues;
- communication with the manager ofthe warehouse;
- working with warehouse systemssuch as SAP and WMS;
- operate steam/ironing andplastic machines;
- reportingimprovements;
- you are responsible for theprogress of the operationalprocess.
You will work in the2-shifts and in the busy period in the 3-shiftsystem.
Functie-eisen- HAVO/MBO working and thinkinglevel;
- 2 or more years of experience in asimilar logistics position;
- you are willing towork shifts and weekends;
- you are a goodcommunicator;
- 1 or more years of experience ina team leader position;
- you have a good commandof the English language, both verbally and inwriting;
- you are flexible and have a proactiveattitude.
